This Valentine’s Day, Avon Impulse and Carina Press Give Away Up To
14,000 Romance eBooks!
New York, NY (February 12, 2016) – Avon Impulse and Carina Press spread the love this Valentine’s Day, gifting readers with a book bonanza: the two romance imprints will give away up to 14,000 free copies of eBooks (up to 7,000 per imprint, 1,000 copies per available title) over a four day period from February 12 – 15, 2016, as part of a special event powered by InstaFreebie. Books will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and the event will run until all 14,000 books are gone or until 11:59 p.m. ET on Feb 15, 2016, whichever comes first.
Erika Tsang, editorial director, Avon Books, is thrilled to get people reading some of the hottest up-and-coming authors in genre fiction. “These are authors and books we’re excited about, and we want to share that excitement with readers.”
“Having the opportunity to sample an author’s book without charge is an important part of the discovery process for readers,” adds Angela James, editorial director, Carina Press. “We're pleased to be using InstaFreebie as a unique tool in connecting Carina Press’ authors with new readers.”
This joint promotion, the first of its kind between the two imprints, is being cross-promoted on the Carina and Avon websites, and via HarperCollins social media.
