Less than a month ago, one of my coworkers lost her mother to cancer. She only moved to this state to be closer to her mom. She and her daughter have no other family here, so I invited them to come over for Thanksgiving.
-
I plan to help my mom prepare Thanksgiving dinner for our family.
-
I plan on doing what I always plan on doing. Baking what's requested of me. So far I've been asked to bake a coconut cake, cherry pie, and cherry brownie bite cakes. It's the best way to show my family I care and appreciate them. Food. ;)
-
planning to cook for some people this thanksgiving. :)
-
I plan on helping with dessert, so my mother in law can concentrate on her specialties!
-
Tell my family how grateful I am for them. Maybe help my Grandmother cook Thanksgiving dinner. She always does it by herself. Thank you so much for this giveaway. It's such a good one. I hope everyone really appreciates what they have.
-
I'm definitely going to be cooking for my family. This year we are going to be home with just us and th kids, so it should be much more quiet than with the big large family.
I REALLY want to add this book to my collection -- I won signed copies of the first two, so it would be great to have all three! Thanks for participating :)
Here's my gratitude giveaway!
-
I am cooking and cleaning for my mother. Thanks for the giveaway!
-
thanks for sharing such an awesome giveaway! I plan on catching up with family :) Work also does a food drive for a local shelter and it's a lot of fun as all the departments get a bit competitive for a good cause. It's judged by weight so it's fun to see what people bring in to "cheat". Last year, someone in finance donated what seemed like 1/2 a cow... seriously... it was like over 100 pds of meat. We all cried fowl but couldn't begrudge the "cheat".

I will be inviting a neighbor over for dinner. Doesn't look like she has kids and is often alone, so I'm gonna make sure she's got some cheer on Thanksgiving.
-
I plan to spend Thanksgiving helping serve dinner to the homeless and indigent, at the Gospel Mission.
-
I will be going home to my mother's and cooking her and my siblings a full Thanksgiving dinner. So this year she can put her feet up and relax! :)
-
For this Thanksgiving, I'm donating some books to a friend.
Thanks so much for the giveaway, I'm so excited to read Cress!
-
I plan to be the family this year at grandparents' house. Thank you!
-
I haven't thought that far ahead, but the first thing that came to mind is that we're skipping our family Thanksgiving to go to do Thanksgiving with a friend and her family while her husband is deployed overseas. Other than sharing the making of the meal, I'm not really 'doing' more than hanging out with friends.
Thanks for the giveaway opportunity. I love the Lunar Chronicles and thanks for the chance to win the latest.
-
I plan to volunteer at my local animal shelter and cook a great (my first) Thanksgiving dinner for my boyfriend! Thank you for this amazing giveaway!

I'm going to help my aunt out by tending to my autistic baby cousin while she relaxes. He's a handful.

I hope to do something small but meanful-- help my mom in the kitchen to cook dinner.
-
I am going to make enough sugar-free desserts for my children to satisfy their cravings for sweets. I'm also going to love my family, friends, and those around me with all my heart.
-
I plan on volunteering my help to my brother who makes thanksgiving dinner every year. :)
-
I am actually going to be super busy. My boyfriends Grandma had to be put into a nursing home this year. We are still doing Thanksgiving over there, but it will be hectic. In years past his aunt has been in charge, but she has her hands full with his grandma. So I am helping out by cooking the deserts and some other small dishes. We've split it up among the women of the family so turkey is being done by someone else!

I plan on spending Thanksgiving Day with my daughter because she will go with her dad for the Day after Thanksgiving :) Then spending time with the rest of my family and enjoying it all.
-
I plan on helping my grandma make Thanksgiving food. She tends to get a little stressed about it.

I am watching my cousins kids so they can have a date night which they don't get very often.
-
My family helps each other every day so I can't specifically pinpoint one day:) My dad works on everyone's cars, my mom watches all of our kids, I help my sister with her college homework, my sister knits quilts for all the new babies in the family, etc. We believe in taking care of each other!! And last year I had three homeless teens living with us for a year. We don't ever turn people away.
-
Baking mostly as I have been put in charge of desserts for the family gathering and I have a huge family.
-
I donate canned food to families through work to have a Thanksgiving dinner <3
-
We always invite extra people to join us for dinner.
-
I'll probably be cleaning the house and doing the dishes. We'll get the dogs out for a beach walk too, can't forget them. Thanks.
-
I'll be cooking a dish for our big Thanksgiving family dinner! I'd also like to drop some canned food off at a local shelter.

-
I am cooking my first Thanksgiving meal this year. I am so excited!
-
I will have my hands full like every thanksgiving trying to prepare all the food. My grandma has alzheimers so she can't cook. My brother's wife doesn't know how to cook and my mom has severe nerve damage to both hands so she can't either. My sister in law won't eat a lot of things so everyone generally wants different things so i wind up making a lot of different things! I guess mine is cooking because I get extremely stressed trying to get all the food ready and this year is going to be worse because I just found out I have celiac and haven't gotten used to cooking gluten free yet. Instead of stuffing though I am making dirty rice.
-
I took an extra shift so a co-worker can go home for the holidays. He was very grateful. Nothing feels better than that :)
-
Most likely just going to have a big family dinner with the relatives :)
-
I prepare dinner for my family with the help of my daughter and my granddaughter.

-
My bro-in-law always fixes Thanksgiving, so my answer is not "make food". However, I will probably donate to Second Harvest like I do every year.
-
I plan on cooking dinner instead of going to my parents because my son, wife, and two of our grand kids are coming for Thanksgiving. It will be the first time they will be here because he has been in the Army stationed in Alaska and did 2 tours in Iraq.
-
I'll be taking my mom out for Thanksgiving dinner.

I'm either going to help my parents pack up and leave the house we've lived in for more than 30 years, or give thanks to God for saving our house. Will be finding out this week =\
-
I plan on giving my parents a giant awesome thank you for supporting me so much. :)
-
Other than making dessert (probably strawberry creme pie), I'm going to help my mother with black friday shopping. I guess our Thanksgiving dinner will have to be earlier. I can't wait.
-
I'm watching a friends dog so that she can visit her family for Thanksgiving.
-
I will be cooking what everyone else want to eat. I try to also make a couple special deserts.
