Rhiannon Paille

   Surrender & Justice Giveaway

How far would you go to save everything you ever loved?

Kaliel was warned about her love for the Ferryman. One day he will marry the land and leave Avristar forever. She doesn't listen, and because of what she is-- a Flame-- one of nine apocalyptic weapons, she sparks a war. In a desperate attempt to save her home and her love, Kaliel tries to awaken Avred, not knowing she may have to make the ultimate sacrifice.

How far would you go to destroy yourself?

Krishani always knew he would have to go to the Lands of Men, but he never thought it would be like this. Enemies everywhere, an ancestor he can't respect, elders he can't trust, a curse he can't stop and friends he can't help but hate. Desperate to end the pain, he sets out on a quest to find the other Flames and face the enemy that took everything from him.

  1. My biggest sacrifice would be last week I had to gave the whole Secret Recipe Cheesecake to a stranger when I hit hers on the way out from the bakery.

  1. I don't know. I don't really think in terms of sacrifice and regret. I make choices, and those lead me down certain paths. But I suppose I do sacrifice my sanity from time to time with my family ^_^

I think I've sacrificed a lot of money for a person. I've also sacrificed my feelings sometimes.

    Thanks for the giveaway!

I cancelled a trip for someone and I've gotten sick to help someone out.

  1. I moved across to the other side of the country.

  1. The biggest sacrifice I've made for a person or the biggest sacrifice that was worth it? I know that by definition sacrifice is not something you're supposed to get return on, but sacrificing things like dignity and well being (which I've done) are not worth it, because those asking for the sacrifice do not appreciate the value of what you're giving up.

Honestly, I haven't really made any big sacrifices for anyone. There definitely are people that I would sacrifice a lot for, but I haven't had to do that.

For my loved ones, I gave up some things. It's okay because it made them happy.

To be honest, I haven't made any huge sacrifices yet. I would if I had to though.

  1. I sacrificed my dream wedding because we couldn't afford it.

  1. I hate admiting this but then again it helped me to learn from my mistakes but I have sacrificed myself for another person. I sacrificed who I was to be with them, which was a huge mistake but I ended up learning from it and really found out who I was in the process of discovering myself again.

  1. I wouldn't call it a sacrifice more like a decision but I choose to follow the path my parents laid for me so that my sister could be free to choose what she wanted to do with her life.

My time/rescources= myself. I have an uncle that is a year younger than me. We grew up together so we r liking siblings. Recently the family found out he has been doing drugs and is an addict now. He is now living w/ me and my folks. We feed him, gave him his own room, ect. And I drive him everywhere so he can get a job. Im also his babysitter, to make sure he doesnt try to hang out with his druggie friends. Its been around a month now doing this, and im so freakin exhausted. :( Im a full time student and a full time babysitter now. Its hard and i often wish he wasnt here but scarificing myself like this would def be worth it if he turns himself around. Its just so hard. :( I do ask myself if this is even worth it bc he always complains and talks about what he needs and what best for himself. I wouldnt be suprised if he started doing drugs again, but that would suck bc then my scarifice now would b for nothing. Honestly, if he does and he comes back here again I probably would do the same thing to take care of him. So yes he is worth it despit how much i hate it. I would do this all over again too, I just hope in the end this will turn out for the better.

  1. Money.. I thought someone really needed it, but it ended to be a waste of it. I would rather burn the money. Anyway, I know that Karma really exists..

  1. I let some dreams die so others could be born. :)

  1. Just lost some califications of some class to help her to don't lose everiting.

  1. Mine is disowning my grandmother. My mom passed away in 2007 from a severe heartache. And so 3 years later my dad was ready to date again. Well my grandmother (my mom's mother) does not like the woman my dad is dating. Well she said all these mean and hateful things about my dad because of the girl he's dating. She told my sisters that she does not like my dad anymore, blah, blah. So hey if she doesn't like my dad, well bye bye!! Good Riddance!

  1. I allowed my husband to get my kids a pet snake because they really wanted one. It really freaks me out!

  1. I think time - but it's been well worth it when I see my kids enjoying an activity.
