This book can appeal to anyone who has loved an animal.  After wounded in Iraq and returning home with post-traumatic stress disorder Montalván is beginning to seriously feel the effects of his ailments.  He fears that he may never recover when he meets Tuesday, a golden retriever who has had a difficult life as well. 

    Tuesday and Montalván’s story educates readers about post-traumatic stress disorder and the suffering American veterans experience every day.  Equally important, the training of service animals the integral part they play in their handlers lives.  Prejudice is also described, and the difficulty it can create in the life of someone who requires a service animal. 

    Anyone can enjoy Until Tuesday.  The story of a veteran who is able to heal because of the love and support of a service animal appeals to almost any audience.  This book earns five stars; in addition to being a wonderful story, the book is well-written, contains important information, and possesses a great message.

    That sound really amazing. I don't read anything outside of fantasy and paranormal but this might be one of those very, very rare exceptions. I would definitely look into the book a little bit more. Great review! Thanks for bringing it to peoples(my!) attention.
