  1. I've never had a tragic disaster/love story, but my best friend has. She fell in love with a guy from a different religion than herself 13 years ago. When her dad found out, he forced them to break up, & they did. They were miserable for months, until he begged her to get back together & because she loves him so much she agreed. They've been together ever since, but in secret, her dad still doesn't know. I'm one of the few who knows they are still together. Even though she is 31 years old, she sneaks around like a teenager.

  18. I once had a tragic love story (or so I thought). I fell in love with my best friend who was engaged. I waited a long time for him because he seemed to return my feelings, but eventually, I wised up and found the perfect man instead. He eventually broke up with the girl but it took years... glad I didn't wait! :-)

  20. I guess my husband leaving me after being married for about 18 years is my tragic love story. He was in Afghanistan at the time which was around 2009. And I thought we were doing well. But on Valentine’s Day of 2009 he sent me an email and told me he wants a divorce. It was so hard to deal with because he was on the other side of the world. And when he came home he was not the same person I knew before he left. Thank you so much for a chance to win and for being a part of this fun and awesome blog hop!!
